Flexi Sloth Print In Place! (May Design) (Archived)
Hey everyone!
Super excited to introduce you to our newest design鈥攖he Adorable Flexi Sloth! Just check out this smiling face, isn't it adorable? 馃槃 What do you think? Let me know in the comments. And yeah, as usual, I've included pre-painted .3mf files and other versions like keychains and magnets. I hope you enjoy printing this adorable fella!
For optimal results, here are the recommended settings:
No need for supports!
Magnet Size 6x6x3mm
Aim for a layer height between 0.18mm to 0.2mm
Stick to 2 walls
Bottom layers: 4
Top layers: 6
Shoot for a 15% infill (Gyroid or Cross Hatch)
Downscale from 100% to 80%
Precision settings: Slice gap closing radius - 0.006, Resolution - 0.006 (This helps avoid weird artifacts near the eyeball while printing in multicolor)

Please do a sugar glider one!!!
Love it, printed perfect
I printed this sloth in multicolor in 3 sizes, and they all came out amazing. Thanks!
Having trouble with magnet holes, they seem to be just a bit too small (width) for 6mm magnets...5 are too small, and 6 are just enough that I can't even force them in.
I will re print and get back to you, mean while in 3mf file you can adjust the magnet size by selecting the magnet from the bottom of the plate, and scale them accordingly.
Printing this now! The kid wants a rainbow one so we'll see how it turns out!
What filament did you use for his body? I loveee this
Apricot from NuMakers I love the quality of this brand https://numakers.com/products/pla-filament?variant=43307592417449
