Set up the track with runestones to guide a platform, and then build the platform with runestones along the edge and a post with two activation rune stones for up and down. When the platform is activated, a box, similar to Elias fires are box forms, allowing air in and out, and probably playing some cheesey versions of dragon music, made for elevators...
