There are ties under the arms. I might go in to more detail sometime. but panel space is limited. 😅
The decision to give dragons two separate forms was an interesting one, it seems to create a lot more options in the storytelling and artwork.
I liked the idea of dragon shifters. I think my only unique take is they normally shift to a fully human form, sometimes with horns, maybe a tail.
