(WIP) CTM fix for Patrix with Minecolonies)

hi.
here is a small fix, if you use minecolonies and patrix resourcepack together.

installation:
open up my zip and copy the assets folder in the Patrix_basic zip
(replace the assets folder in the patrix zip.) thats all.

for now its only working with framed block,
which are made out of planks, cobblestone and stone.
if you find combiations, which are invisible,
feel free to comment and i will add them to that fix.
in all future updates of my minecolonies pack, this fix will be included
in the zip. (installation is the same like here)
