Cleaning my Patreon Page

hey everyone,

so i cleaned up my page a bit, because i guess nobody needs 10 old versions for create and co. so now its only the last version of every mod i made and for create the last 3.
i guess now its easier to find the pack you want. if any download link doesnt work anymore, pls tell me, then i will check it :)
