This one seems to stop working when exiting and then loading the same sessions, tried it on 2 different ones. w11 reaper 7, vst3
There are 60000ms in a minute. Divide that by your bpm and you got 1 Beat in ms. Half of that is 8ths, a third are quarter triplets, a fourth are 16ths and so on. Dotted notes are also easy, a dotted 8th for example is three 16ths. Takes 10s at most to figure out how many ms you need using a calculator.

Could you add a note value option along the ms/second option? :-) That would be a great addition, I think
