Btw, speaking about my situation.

My stomach gas got really bad because I drank a lot of juice like lemon, pineapple, orange, etc. And I didn't drink water to balance it out. It happened that one day specifically at the end of December, close to Christmas, I woke up with a sore throat.

In my stubbornness, I decided not to go to the hospital, but every day it got worse and even taking medicine I didn't feel well. I had a fever of 40 degrees. That's when I gave up and went to the hospital, and I discovered that my entire digestive system had been damaged in the process.

The fact is that it only got worse because I didn't see a doctor beforehand. After that, my medical condition evolved to the point where every time I coughed I would cough up blood. So yeah, it really was a very difficult three weeks for me.

Nowadays I'm much better than before. My throat and voice are still damaged, but at least I don't cough up blood every time I cough, and I don't have a fever anymore.

I'll update again as soon as I review where I left off in the plot.
