After seeing that you don't get the reference to riding the nuke, I think a "Dr Strangelove (or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb)" reaction would be amazing. It's one of the best comedies of all time.

Haven't seen this movie in decades. Not sure why you went with this one, but sure I can turn off my brain for a couple hours.

Michael Bay is the worst director in Hollywood and the only decent thing he's ever done is a music video.

If you want to do a Michael Bay companion piece to this, don’t go for Transformers, go for The Rock. It’s closer in tone and quality to Armageddon.

Guys, I'm a bit disappointed. The Martian was right there. And Apollo 13 was right next to it. We can do better than Michael bay.

wow I haven't seen this since it was in theaters, I was in middle school, fuck I'm old. Say what you want about Michael Bay but the man can film an explosion. Wait, yea I dont get the timeline here. They said the asteroid was going to hit in 18 days, they said that like 30 times in the first 10 minutes. Then they said that the astronauts were training for 8 (18?) months. And they were picked up from the oil rig went straight to NASA and the entire team was gone in the wind and Ben Affleck was able to start his own oil drilling company during that time? Liv Tyler is the daughter of Steven Tyler, lead singer of Aerosmith, who preforms "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" the song the plays during the animal cracker scene.

MTV movie awards did a spoof of the animal cracker scene and I can never not think of that when I think of this movie.
