cant wait for remedial chaos theory!
"Knock-knock. My fist up your balls" "Who's there?" So many good bits in this episode.
the aggressive yet joyful "PEACE and blessingstotheearth" really cracked me up lol
Abed shared his special drink recipe in the pilot, hot cocoa with chocolate milk. Jeff warns him that it's actually known as "diabetes."
To Troy though I think "special drink" would have been his parents code word for something alcoholic. So the person who last wore the nose reeked of liquor.
Christmas Troy is one of my favorite end tags
"Don't eat the crab dip! Yeahyeeeh!" and "What in the reverse Porky's is going on here?" are two lines that pop into my head a lot.
Poor paul rudd catchin strays
*The bully was played by Anthony Michael Hall from famous movies like: Sixteen Candles, Breakfast Club AND National Lampoon's Vacation -where he played Rusty Griswold - son of Clark Griswold -who was played by Chevy Chase. *Yes - as a network show - the show took breaks as filming happened concurrently with the tv season(which runs August through April). Generally, if there wasn't a 'new' episode - they would rerun older episodes until new ones were available, but movies or specials could be put into the time slot as well. (especially around the holidays) *as you noted - the next episode wasn't aired until mid January - so, you will see that when you watch it, it is designed as a soft re-pilot(things are reiterated) to help any potential new viewers 'catch up' to what they may have missed if this was the first episode they watched. * one of my favorite lines of the entire show : '...but why she got to be black...' Donald's delivery is so hilarious.
Special Drink is Abeds mix of hot cocoa and cold milk, he mentions it in Home Economics (s1ep8), and Anthony Michael Hall as the bully is so good
Well, all know that the real fights go down inside the Waffle House. The song that plays during the fight is Kiss with a Fist by Florence and the Machine.
Community does some great Holiday themed episodes. I think I watch Regional Holiday Music (Season 3) every December, and at least one of the Halloween episodes every October.
Oh, Britta's in this
Love that the Christmas bully is played by Anthony Michael Hall (nerd from The Breakfast Club)
