That ending scene with Carmela on the couch talking to Tony and that song playing in the background I will always love that

I feel like this is quietly an all-timer episode for a number of reasons. The scene with "some pulp" might be the funniest bit of product placement. Also, Furio intimidating the doctor (who is also Walt's cancer surgeon on Breaking Bad) is incredible. Most importantly though, Carmela's scene with that blunt as hell (and racist?) psychiatrist is such a harrowing scene. And her ultimate decision, not to take his advice, but to force Tony to give $50,000 of his "blood money" to Columbia is such a deftly handled bit of character development and excellent writing.
