There's no way Cassie was pregnant enough to require more than a pill (mifepristone). Surgical abortion is only done after the first trimester, and I think by this point she would've been less than two months pregnant (late October to mid December)

Ugh season 2 is SO GOOD. Can’t WAIT for you guys to get to it. Also fun fact: Season 2 is shot entirely on 35mm film, specifically Kodak Ektachrome which Kodak put back into production exclusively for Euphoria.
I've got a few rolls of medium format Ektachrome sitting in my fridge just waiting for the right moment. I didn't realize Euphoria was responsible for its return.
