I've been watching you guys for years and I don't think I've ever seen Arianna get as fucked up by anything as this lol I respect the struggle for our entertainment

Man i feel so bad, Arianna really went through it in the first hour of this movie. Don't get me wrong I'm a crier too but man, when she started crying at the comedy relief I really felt for her. It really laid out how dark this movie is and I felt guilty for chuckling at "Bad Ape" tripping and saying "I'm ok."

Yep, truly solid trilogy right there. But unfortunately it just HAD to continue. I think it would be good to leave it there- the latest one really doesn’t add much. It easily ranks alongside Toy Story 4 and Matrix Resurrections when it comes to belated and thoroughly redundant sequels to trilogies completed and well told.

Every time I watch this, part of me thinks "hey, maybe it'll end right here and Caesar won't have to die," but it never does. This one's definitely my favorite of the 3. For a long time, I had Badape thumbs up'ing in his vest as my wallpaper. I still haven't watched the 4th one. I'm sorta hesitant because I'm pretty satisfied with these 3 movies existing on their own. It's kinda like a Toy Story 4 situation. I finally saw that one. Wasn't bad, but it feels separate from the first 3.

The worst thing is to let him live as he doesn't become primitive and he learns that he killed his son for NOTHING.

"Who is that guy?" Me screaming, "That's Woody Harrelson! Woody Harrelson!!Haymitch!!" as if they could hear me.

This is my favorite of the trilogy. The score always stands out to me, it's such impactful in the movie. I love that it's still so character based even though it's a "war" movie. I'm glad you mentioned that the girl was still a functioning human being besides not being able to speak. She learned sign language, so the rest could've to. But colonel made up his mind to what makes a human so he killed those that did not fit his vision.

To play devil's advocate, humans never successfully developed the vaccine for the new strain, and everything the Colonel predicted did come to pass. Because I'm sure the North was still trying to develop the Vaccine in this movie world.
