What I am so confused about is that Cobel was so excited and encouraged outie Mark to quit but once she noticed it was innie Mark she instantly turned on him. I have no idea wtf is going on with that. I really hope that gets addressed some where.

Love the way they structured these first 2 episodes. Going back in time for this episode.

Milchick saying that Mark's innie's happiness will eventually find it's way to Mark's outie is the mirror of Petey in the first season saying that his innie still feels the pain of his loss, he just doesn't know what it is. Really impressive writing.

At the end of S2E1 when they quickly flashed to Gemma, the name of the project was Cold harbor and it was 68% completed, that's what they've been working on all along. So you know how their job is finding the group of numbers that elicit the strongest emotions my theory is that Gemma is a clone and their job is basically giving her a personality or something. I think this episode kinda verified that it's Helena and not Helly R. at the end when all four came back to work you can clearly hear a ding when the guys go in the elevator and another ding when it goes up (signifying severance) Helena only got one ding, you never hear the second ding (i rewind it 4 times to make sure).

What's the water theory?

I definitely expected Maple to say something about the bird-nest-ass-looking fruit baskets, but nope.

The only conceivable reason for Helly R to lie is that she doesn't want them to know she's an Eagan because then they wouldn't trust her anymore. That's probably not it; she's probably just Helena, but it'd be a potential reason.

Go back to s2e1 at the very end when Gemma pops up after Mark sorts the data into the box and pause it.

the elevator didn't ding the second time once the doors closed for helena... and the ding has been associated with them getting severed...
