HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Hey Y'all,
Chad here!
With an update on the Wednesday Schedule. When we get back from break Wednesdays will be for "Squid Game"!
Wish the gals luck!
---------------
I’ve got a mix of good news and not-so-great news to share. As some of you may have noticed, the team’s been running a bit threadbare lately. Since we started this channel about three years ago, we’ve been grinding non-stop. It’s in our nature to push hard, but we’ve realized that the energy we bring to our reactions is just as important as the work we put in.
So, here’s the plan:
We’re taking a much-needed mental health break over the holidays for the next three weeks. We’ll resume recording during the week of January 13th.
What this means for you:
We won’t be recording new content during this time, so there won’t be any new watch-alongs until we’re back.
However, we’ll use this time to catch up on early access content (which will still go out here during the break). Our goal is to return with all the gaps between shows filled and a streamlined workflow that keeps things on track moving forward.
We’re also taking this time to reflect, recharge, and plan for 2025—plus give the crew a chance to fully enjoy the holidays with their loved ones.
Merry Christmas to all of you! If you choose to pause your support during this break, we completely understand, and we’ll look forward to seeing you again in three weeks, energized and ready to rock.
We love you all, and we can’t wait to bring you our best in the new year. Thanks for being the amazing community that you are.
See you soon! :)

Are the girls going to react to Wicked?
Oof at this point I honestly recommend you wait until Season 3 comes out in June, although I guess it depends how long it takes to get through 16 episodes by that time. Get the tissues ready either way.
Love Squid Game, think it will be an awesome reaction. I do however have one very practical concern. Can you maybe not obscure the subtitles? A lot of players when you pop them out to place over the reaction, leave the subtitles in the original window. This is an occasional annoyance of mine with Game of Thrones, but could render Squid Game unwatchable. I still haven't got around to watching Shogun because of this.
We are trying to plan for it. if you see our Shogun reactions, we basically keyed out and overlaid the subtitles so we're planning on doing that again. good concern though ~ Chad
Season 1 of Squid Game, or have they seen that before and its right into season 2?
season 1, but we can go right into season 2 after which is nice
do you guys know if you’re watching squid game in english dub or the original korean yet?
definitely subs. when it comes to animation i'm a bit of a dub man myself, but anything live actions gotta be subs. you've got to capture the original performance and lip synching being off is mad distracting to me.
Merry Christmas and I will see you guys in the new year, enjoy your time off!
squid game! love that show. and season 2 is coming out tomorrow so i’m sure that’s why yall are starting it. definitely gonna be an interesting reaction lol. and a sad one. i think you will like it though. merry christmas!
Thanks, see you next year!
Love you guys! Happy holidays!

Chad, Arianna, & Maple, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Enjoy your well-deserved holiday break!!! See ya in 2025!
This is very good. Just plan on this every year
This is a good idea! I pitched this elsewhere but imo you should take 2/3 week hiatus over christmas holidays and a hiatus in the summer, and you can announce them in advance in case it affects people financially or whatever. people would know it was coming up each year. the team could plan longer holiday getaways too cuz everyone would be off. food for thought! Have a great break! 💖
Merry Xmas to you Kara! :)
You all deserve the rest for sure! Enjoy the holidays!
