Breaking Bad - Diegesis Update
We filmed our Ozymandias Breaking Bad discussion video today💙
Chad will need a moment to cut down a Patreon edit for yall because we dove in for nearly 2 1/2 hours!
We also finished the series tonight 😱 (You'll see them posted after they finish processing!) - BUT.... OH. MY. GOSH. We had a Breaking bad packed day today... which was honestly the best way to finish this all out 💙
Can't wait for you guys to see our reactions to the last two episodes and hopefully you enjoy the Breaking Pod! And thank you to all of you who jumped into the discussion and left comments for the video
Next up El Camino...
Love you all,

Can't wait to binge on y'all reaction. I keep checking to see if it has uploaded 😂
Cant wait for the reactions and to see the cosplay for the finale--expecting fake goatees, bald caps, and hazmat suits!!! :) LOL
We are cosplaying for the movie!!!
Just curious if you’ve watched any sort of video pointing out every Easter egg throughout the series? If you haven’t, is that something you would be down to reacting to? For instance, the Easter egg in the last episodes title, and why the series was only 63 episodes long. Just curious. Thanks
Oh we noticed it said that at the end!
When are the videos releasing
The files are bigger so whenever the wifi finishes processing them :)
I'm so excited! Love the final episode and looking forward to your thoughts! I love how they set up the last scene in the first episode of this season... wondering if you remembered that. And now that's it's over, what is your final take on Jesse, Walt, Skyler and the situation they ended up in.
El Camino is really good. I hate Better Call Saul and find it terminally boring (every time I mention this on the internet I'm informed by helpful commentators that I'm too stupid to appreciate the clockwork storytelling genius of Vince Gilligan. I guess I am.) BCS basically slows down to a stop at one point, then they have to frantically rush in the last season to tie everything together with the start of Breaking Bad, all with actors who are now 14 years older.
I can definitely see why BCS would be boring to some viewers. A key difference is because Vince was actually less involved and the show was primarily crafted by BB writer Peter Gould. Imo, the difference in creative direction led to BCS being more of an unconventional legal drama while BB was mostly a crime drama/thriller. Either way, I definitely understand your sentiment.
There are 'episodes' of television that stand out and even sometimes transend the series they are part of, to define excellence for all TV series... ‘Two Cathedrals’ (The West Wing) - 'Long, Long Time' (The Last of Us) - ‘Dragonfly in Amber’ (Outlander) - ‘Proxy Authentication Required’ (Mr. Robot) - ‘No Man's Land’ (Handmaids Tale) - ‘The Greater Fool’ (The Newsroom) - ‘No Weddings and a Funeral’ (Ted Lasso)... The episode, ‘Oximandias’ of 'Breaking Bad' takes a clear, shining and prominent place among these transcendent stand outs of all time. Thank you for making a special reaction for the special television this is. I can't wait.
Mr Robot mentioned 😩🥰🤖
Finally. Can't wait to see your reactions to the last 2 episodes! Also looking forward to El Camino.
Super excited to see the discussion and the other reactions! You've finally crossed the threshold 🙌
Yes!!
I'm unreasonably hyped for you to meet Kim Wexler. Gimme Jimmy!
I think the BCS reactions will be even better than the BB ones.
Its 2am where i live so i cant watch today, but im so excited to hear what you have to say about ozymandias and to see your reactions to the final two episodes tomorrow. hopefully they will all be released when i wake up.
Amazing but so sad to see the series come to an end
Still catching up on Season 5 but massively excited!
