Schedule Update for this Week
As you have probably heard in the Departed reaction, poor Arianna is losing her voice and won't make it through like 7 hours of shooting so no recordings today.
The plan is:
Thursday: A Movie
Saturday: All Shows
Sunday: All Shows
in order to catch up on the missed shoots today.
So what movie should we watch on Thursday?

Dead mens shoes is a great British movie you should see.
The Flowers of War
Y’all should watch Challengers hehe
An Afghanistan war movie called "The Outpost" about the battle of COP Keating in 2009. Covid killed it's released and it's now criminally underrated. It's an emotional gut punch.
Bit late to the party, but The Big Short
An amazing Australian film: Chopper.
Hudsucker Proxy for comedy Amelie for artsy romance with humor Run Lola Run for wtf thought provoking action Thank You For Smoking for social commentary Inside Out for Pixar feels The Others for horror Super Bad for a laugh a minute stoner movie

Or a tarantino
Trainspotting or there will be blood
Challengers
More Scorsese, more Tarantino.
GATTACA is an excellent movie
Well, I'm a huge Coen Brother's fan, so any of their films would be top notch for me but also, I don't see enough reactions for my favorite Tarantino, "Django Unchained", And I'm looking forward to the rest of Breaking Bad, the film El Camino, and Better Call Saul, it's all super good and definitely worth watching.
I second Django Unchained.
Hostiles
The Mask Starring the great Jim Carry
The Cornetto trilogy, dumb and dumber, step brothers
Aw, poor Arianna. Hope you get to feeling better. I usually get to enjoys yalls reactions on my days off (Mon, Tues) but understand. Hope you get to feeling better dear
Challengers
The Holy Mountain
I would like somthing light. Hot Fuzz, Idiocracy, Officespace. Something like that.
Trainspotting.
Heat would be a good one if they haven't seen it before.
Space Jam! Maple hasn't seen one of the greatest kids movies ever! Edit: Typo on Maple's name lol
I'm sure you meant Maple :)
The Holdovers, Heat, Blue Velvet, Network, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, and The Third Man.
I love Alexander Payne movies. Holdovers would be a great one to see!
The Idea of You
Challengers, The Iron Claw
Have they seen The Iron Claw? Available on HBOMax now and that movie would definitely get some interesting discussion from them. I'm always impressed with their ability to read and articulate family dynamics
A netflix Interactive 😆
Whiplash
Please react to get out or the lie or run great thrillers
Gone Girl
Thats a major shout!
The Wolf of Wall Street? Pursuit of Happyness?
Hope Arianna feels better!
Dog Soldiers. They would probably hate it but I love that movie and would love to see them watch that.
I'm impressed someone else even remembers that movie. We're talking about the werewolves thing, right?
Willow
Kung fu hustle
fantastically funny movie
Children of Men
Munich or Bronson would make interesting reactions
How about western horror? Bone Tomahawk with Kurt Russell
lol they'd vomit on screen
Only the brave. Good movie
I second the vote for Jackie Brown.
one of my ALL time favs, the chemistry between Pam Grier and Robert Forster is simply amazing to watch!!! :)
how about Unforgiven, Jackie Brown, Out of Sight, or Whiplash?? All good flicks, and one is a Tarantino script!
Jackie Brown is the only Tarantino film I haven't seen. I think it would be really cool to watch alongside!
My suggestions are City of God or Trainspotting (gritty), Banshees of Inisherin (funny and cerebral), Rise of Planet of the Apes (topical).
Banshees is great.
Awww, poor Ari. Headpats for Ari. Also Throat Coat. Also water. Also rest. Also hugs...💚
Past Lives was a recent banger
Greta Lee kinda popping off lately huh?
If its maple only, time for her to see terminator! If both, The Prestige
unfortunately maple already saw the prestige solo on the channel. but if arianna ever wants to do another solo then i'll pitch it to her. one of my fav films.
A comedy like Airplane would be cool
Or Naked Gun, if that hasn't been done yet...
