How often do you get to see the creator of an adult game you're playing?
Probably not very often. Now you have. We're almost like friends now. ;)

I have never once seen the developers.
Wait ! I saw you in thirst trap the other day . you were with a swedish girl in the restroom ^^
lol
Kinda figured you'd look like your character, Carter 😁
Technically, There's a part of me in ALL the characters... Each of them is like, a different part of my personality. :) And the guy in the Thirst Trap bathroom, is just straight up me.
In the end, I found that bar-toilet guy who bangs Annika pretty funny; he’s got a likable face. Will Tylor also threw in a nod to himself by inserting his own character into AFV. (Speaking of him, is he even still alive? I know you’ve got us used to a different pace, but his Astral Bordello has been dead in the water for months). It would be a different story to make a game where the protagonist is the game's creator, though I think that’s already been done. There’s even a manga where the artist inserts himself into the isekai world and bangs all the teen girls. What a loser.
I appreciate the idea of a bit of self-celebration; it’s a way to reward oneself and add a personal touch to the work. Hitchcock did it, and Stan Lee certainly didn't hold back either. But plenty of directors have done the same (who is the "Pizza Pony" in Fast & Furious?). Even writers like Cussler have inserted themselves into their own books; in one, he even rescues the shipwrecked protagonist.
Cameos are almost always good. Self inserts are usually not. Women writers these days always create female characters in games that are THEM. A self insert. And it’s almost always trash and cringe.
