Why Support This Game?
Patreon isn't a pre-order.
It's how games like this get made.
Most indie developers don't have publishers, investors, or large budgets. Adult visual novels are an even smaller niche, and most never get finished. They run out of time, money, or motivation long before release.
When you support Harvesting Corruption, you're not just buying a future game. You're helping make it possible. Every render, animation, system, and scene exists because people chose to support the project while it was still being built. Currently, everything comes out of my own pocket.
By the end, you may have spent more than the game's eventual price.
That's because you weren't buying a game, you were helping to create it.
Why Updates Sometimes Take Time
My goal has never been to release ugly content as quickly as possible.
My goal is to build the best game I can and have it look the best it can.
I work 15 to 18 hours a day, seven days a week, and I'm always looking for ways to become more efficient. What I won't do is sacrifice quality just to release quicker updates. 2 weeks to 2 months per release isn't that long of a cycle.
I'm only about six months into development, which means I'm still building the foundation the rest of the game will run on.
Many early features may seem simple, but they're actually core systems.
Cabin Knock becomes repeatable character events and future sex scenes.
Clickable objects become quests, puzzles, and item interactions.
Minigames become long-term stat progression.
Stores, jobs, and talent trees are being built now so they can support the rest of the game for years.
I also chose to remake older content after dramatically improving my AI workflow. Instead of continuing with inconsistent visuals and rebuilding even more later, I'm fixing the foundation now. If you're playing after v0.0.49, you're seeing the improved visuals.
Grinding
Some progression is intentionally grindy.
Players who invest the extra time into building Annika's stats will unlock additional scenes, events, and content that casual players won't see.
That said, I'm always looking for better ways to make progression enjoyable. For example, I already plan to add additional ways to earn Intelligence besides the current memory game.
Thank You
If you're here because you value quality over rushing releases, thank you.
The work happening today may not always look exciting, but it's laying the foundation that will allow the second half of development to focus almost entirely on story, characters, and content instead of rebuilding core systems.

I love yors game im from Poland and weyitnig for more on gema
I am glad I joined and downloaded the newest version. One upsetting note. In the Bar mini game the skill points only allow for one point and the Showstopper with Rene not caring does not work unless I missed something
You have played passed the end of content. The Skill Points only exist for the amount of PLAYABLE days. Which is just the first row. You cannot get to the second row unless you play to day 5 in game, and day 5 I am working on now. If you play past the end of content disclaimer, things will not work. That's why I put the full screen disclaimer there. I let you play past that day just for fun, but you cannot save past that point, and you cannot expect anything to work.
Én csak egy kicsi csillag vagyok az égen, de szeretnék hinni a játékodban mert láttom benne a szíved. May the force be with you.
One thing that might help is to pin the links to the latest playable version to the top of your page, or add it to your collections a lot of people don't like to have to scroll looking to see when the last game version was released. If they can quickly get to the actual game that would get some people willing to stay and sub.
It should be the top pinned… is it not?
You are the best :)
I decided to become patreon because I love your work. I totally agree wit you. I' am not buying a content, I help building a game. I see that you worked a lot on this game and I'm a little afraid. I know you like hat you don and want to do the bes game ever but think to yourself too and make some pause. I have already seen very good games starting but stop after a few month because of the dev's burn out. So if you need to make a pause some times don't hesitate. I prefer that you do not work on the game during one month instead of you stop it because you are tired of making this game. Well Continue your amazing work while taking care of yourself. GG
Thank you. 7 months in a row so far, no problems. :)

I saw that! Thank you! I tried to find you here on Patreon but you're not listed as Patternless when I search. I HATE that Patreon doesn't list you guys as your usernames. Much appreciated man. You paid for a lot of video's. Also unlike a lot of devs who create the story as they release content, I have had this story completely written for over a year now. It's had some subtle tweaks here and there as I refined things but, overall story and paths, have been set in stone.
🙂❤️
