Soulbound - Chorin quest - introduction

To be honest, I’ve already been working on this one in the background for about two months because I had a story I really wanted to tell. So this feels like the right moment to properly introduce the main heroine — Chorin.

Who she is when you start

Chorin is the girl who has always stood a little outside everyone else.
Stronger than most of the boys in class, softer in the places the world notices and judges, she used to hide under a heavy cloak year-round. Bullies called her “cloak girl.” She was Level 0, just like you. The two of you grew up as orphans on the edge of the village — training every day, taking every odd job, still never reaching Level 1.

She’s quiet, a little shy, and carries a lot of old wounds. But when she looks at you, the fear softens. You were the one who stepped between her and the bullies when no one else would. That single moment is the foundation of everything that comes later.

How she becomes your partner

Your relationship with Chorin is the heart of the game.

It starts as pure loyalty and quiet care — living together in the same leaky shack, training side by side, dreaming of the day the Guild will finally accept you both. Early on she is your partner in the most practical sense: the person who shares the work, the meals, and the hope.

As you progress through the main story, that bond deepens. Trust, affection, and small daily choices slowly open the door to real intimacy. After a certain point in the story the Soul Bond you share becomes more than a combat mechanic — it becomes the foundation of a real relationship.

You can take things further at your own pace: teasing, holding hands, kisses by the fire, and eventually full intimacy. Later still, if you choose that path, the relationship can grow into something even deeper (including the possibility of a future together).

Chorin never forces anything. She is patient, a little insecure, and incredibly devoted. How far you go, and how fast, is completely up to you.

That is maybe a little loger introduction than others but mainly becuase this is something I make for fun and it become much more than I expected.
