It doesn't have to be an absolute, you can have multiple poses in the models you feel like you want to give an specific vibe, but anything that can give you creative freedom is a huge win for all of us, and for working slow, don't be so hard on yourself, so far you have been pretty consistent with updates, something that I personally appreciate a lot, and I wouldn't say you are working slowly, being fair, 1 model per month is pretty ambitious, and I actually value the quality over the quantity, anyway, you are doing great and thanks for sharing your thoughts c;
I had been thinking about how it would be fun to have two poses for each figure - a general action pose and a more provocative pinup pose but I didn't want to suggest it because it'd just mean more work for you... Very glad to see you have the same thoughts but try not to overwork yourself
