Rest When You Are Sick 🤧

I’ve been mentally beating on myself for a few hours, but I just had a clear moment of “stop being a dick and go lie down. You’re sick and you need to be quiet and rest”.

So that’s what I’m doing.

If you’re sick - rest. You’re not lazy or weak or anything of that nonsense.
