I thought C-73 had a different furniture layout, BUT if this is it, I'd be THRILLED to have it to explore. If this isn't C-73, please add it! lol
C73 does have a different furniture layout, the cabin pictured here is C70

Update 1.4.2 fixed a lot of texture loading problems from 1.4.1, but I'm still strongly considering to get a brand new PC, probably with a i7-12700 + Geforce RTX 3070 8GB, hoping this will make the experience better. There is still tons of lag, more or less no matter how I configure my graphics settings. I've seen various YouTube videos, where things seem to run much smoothly - but they are also recorded on much more powerful hardware - I've asked the uploaders for their configuration. Is it possble for you to say anything, regarding the switch to Unreal Engine 5 for the Alpha will make the game more or less hardware hungry than now?
Software and hardware advances, UE5 is going to be more expensive as well.
