What is happening?

I have some difficult news to share. Due to some legal issues I am dealing with, which I unfortunately cannot discuss in detail, I will not be continuing to work on the game, at least in the immediate future. Right now, I don't have the headspace or the time to devote to it. There will be no new posts, no changes, and no updates related to the game at all. Everything will remain exactly as it was at the end of November, when this all began. I thought it would be no big deal, but every week it has become more complicated. I have a long road ahead of me, including plans to leave my home country once this is resolved in court. I cannot stay here feeling personally persecuted in this way.

I feel harassed and persecuted by certain "people" simply for not aligning with their imposed views on morality. They cannot dictate what is acceptable art: everything has been completely legal and a form of artistic expression. I have spoken privately with some of you about this. If justice prevails, nothing bad will happen. But for now, I have to focus on other priorities.

I have been working hard since September (0.2.05b) to release the new version 0.2.10b. I have completely revamped the dialogue system to support new behaviours and high-quality animations, as this game deserves. I had a lot of content ready to launch during Christmas, New Year and beyond. It angers me deeply: this situation is ruining my health. I hope this will all be over soon and I can share everything with you.
