Shaoxing
A syndicate bodyguard robot who enjoys *ahem Ethanol based fuel sources. Shaoxing's employers removed many of her safety limiters, granting her a greater degree of independent agency. However it has also resulted in her being lazy, cantankerous and hedonistic. Her combat skills, however, are undeniable. Substituting traditional qigong with internal combustion, Shaoxing combines the grace and flow of Kung Fu with the precision and horsepower of a mechanical body.
Professor Coach
The digital mentor of the Actiranger Team! Though usually present as a hologram, in emergencies she can project a hard-light avatar in order to fight (among other things.). The hard-light body is held back by its lack of weight and solidity, leading to her avatar being somewhat fragile and reducing her damage output. However she makes up for it with her impeccable athletic technique and speed, augmented by the ability to teleport and create illusions.

Canonically she's the holographic clone of the original Prof Coach, who is missing, and definitely not going to return as any kind of evil nemesis.

I think in this situation, it's going to come down to head games. Shaoxing's got power, but based on the description blurb, I'd say she's prone to getting frustrated easily when the fight doesn't go her way immediately. And while the Coach doesn't have power, she's got experience to leverage what she can do, and could probably read Shaoxing like a book, and play her like a fiddle. Also, I'd be interested to see if she can generate more than one hard light body for her victory celebration over Shaoxing.
Honestly the art for this matchup makes it look very much as though Coach has already won several times and is just choosing an option :) I still voted Shaoxing but I can see which way the wind is blowing...
One element to consider here is Shaoxing's temper: going up against a fast and tricky opponent could start to goad her, pushing her into making more mistakes as she tries to get a decisive hit in.

I'm trying soooo hard to vote based on who would actually win a fight, not just who I wanna see bottom lmao. That said, giving this to Coach. Teleporty AI with a LOT of experience is gonna ruin the poor robots day.

Also it would be funny if none of the Ranger crew can win a one-on-one because they're completely optimised for team up and monster fights, so they all get systematically railed by the Rumblers :)
In-universe, the incredible top aura of Prof. Coach will for sure fluster Shaoxing into forfeiting or at least push her into making mistakes. Game mechanics wise, the difficulty in fighting against an illusionist/teleporter fighter cannot be overstated. That's an archetype where if you don't have massive AoE or some kind of nullifier, you'd have been better off staying home.
This is a fighting game, so the teleporter likely has low hp and possibly unsafe blocks things in return for their mixup potential.
