Rumble vs Ranger R1: Yuseong vs Red

YUSEONG
A popular singer who secretly moonlights as a masked combatant in the underground fighting arena! Yuseong is a half-dokkaebi demon who can shift between human and demon guises. They utilize a complex fighting style with their three-section micstand. In-game their abilities revolve around numerous stances allowing them to shift between various game-plans to confound their opponent on top of their Hype Devil Install transformation which alters their abilities further. Arguably no fighter is harder to predict (or play) in Rumble than Yuseong.
ACTIRANGER RED
The leader of the Actiranger Team! Red is a baseball star with astonishing levels of physical fitness and an unshakable demeanor. He's the quintessential hero, brave, kind, and humble. Though he's got a cunning streak beneath his earnest charm. With his variable speed pitch projectiles and powerful slugger swings, Red is a balanced fighter at any distance, fitting the Shoto archetype. Red's playstyle rewards good fundamentals and is an excellent choice for newcomers and fighting game veterans alike!
I think Red might have a bit of an uphill battle in this matchup. The winner will score 1 point for their side and will feature in an art piece "defeating" their opponent.

Yall we have GOT to get pink and nothing up against each other, we gotta see the goo ruin our favourite trans lady
Slight comeback from Red, but..... Won't be enough
Also EVEN BIGGER WIN. Pawnithan is playable!!! Can’t wait to see who he gets matched up against~
Yuseong NEEEEDS a win please
GET HIS ASS YUSEONG
I mean... I really like Red. But. I'm sorry, voting against you, big guy.
Oh, come on, I wanted to see Yseong bottom......
OK, I cannot WAIT to see who Yellow goes up against.
In an actual fight it feels like this would be a very tough and equal fight. But in the context of an *in game* fight, I think Red might take the win home. Depending on how Yuseong's Install activates, it's entirely possible Red could interrupt it with a projectile. Not to mention, Yuseong has a very high skill floor while Red is very open-ended. So I think in that context I think he might have an advantage.
I feel like Red having an "Unshakeable demeanor" gives him an edge in this fight, combine that with his solid fundamentals, and I think he wins usually. (my vote) That said, the people really want to see him pegged, so I suspect she'll trip him up and take the win. (the thirsty voters)
This tourney is gonna be a lot of fun, but man I really think the Actirangers are looking at an uphill battle here. Rumble After Dark is simply STACKED
Yeah, it also helps that RAD are mostly very distinct and unique designs, while more than half of the Actirangers are team members with a ton of design overlap. That's intentional and not a slight against em, but it makes it really hard to see any of em winning much. Plus it's mostly Pink and Yellow that've been getting screentime, the other three team members don't have nearly as many appearances or as much characterization it feels.
I'm sorry red, Baseball may be my favourite sport but I'm only human (a lesbian) and I can't resist hot demon lady.
Hmm, would Yuseong's chaotic style be enough to overwhelm him, or would Red's solid base keep him grounded? Decisions, decisions...
I want Sleepy Sheep in my bed.......................
I like Red, I think Team Dads are underappreciated, but I like Yuseong more. Sorry, bro.
I love the amount of thought put into those write ups.
I’m voting red cuz I wholeheartedly believe that anyone who knows how to properly beat the shit out of people with a baseball bat can win any fight
This one is rough. I came around after yunseong had been long since developed, and I've seen so little of her.
Oh Red, I’m voting for you cause we’re kindred and you match my style, but you never stood a chance fella
Given Yuseong's showing in the Rumble tourney last time, wasn't any way poor Red was climbing that mountain. He's a nice guy, but he ain't got the star power to make it a close fight. The vote seems to agree. lol
We just doing red vs blue huh? :p
made me gasp out loud, what a powerhouse first match!
Ironically opening the tournament up with a softball.
I will, (un?)fortunately be voting entirely based on who I want to see top. PEG HIM, YUSEONG!
His boyfriend is Actiranger Blue. I guarantee he can take it :)
While I feel like an experienced Red player could beat Yuseong 5-6 times out of 10, given an even skill field, his ass is grass; looking at the vote ratio, many of us are in agreement there.
Leon's a dlc fighter but people are going to ask for an Ace dlc since he's the more popular one
Red is listed as a service top so I need to see him lose, thank you
Based reason. I respect this
Amazon position seems appropriate
For narrative, I think yuseong's cunning trickery catches Red off guard and she wins this round. He can have a heroic comeback in series 2 :)
This is Yuse's chance to beat the bottom allegations.
I'm stuck wondering if I should vote on who I think wins the fight, or who I want to "win"...
