Update: Got (most of) my videos back! :)
Hey all, good news! I mentioned earlier today I lost my Vimeo account (which is why a lot of my recent videos aren't accessable at the moment), but thankfully I was able to get temporary access to the account to download my videos. This will be a looong process as there are over 200 videos that need to be downloaded, compressed then uploaded to cloud storage but at least my old content is not lost! Please bear with me as I go through the transfer process, it will probably be a few weeks until everything is reinstated.
If you're still here after this unfortunate hiccup, I appreciate you patience & support more than you could ever know <3

Cheers, but still : yet another mandatory reminder about not using platforms (or at the very least, not trusting platforms) (and BTW, PeerTube has been around for years now), and about having *multiple* backups of files that you would not like to lose : at least 1 live local copy, 1 'cold' local copy (on an external HDD for instance), 1 copy that is not local (like an HDD at some relative / friend that is not in the same building)).
Great great great!
thats great to hear. as much as it sucks they cancelled your account at least they didnt throw away all your work unlike some other companys.
Must be stressful. tyt. Hope patreon fixes their video system like they promised they would so you can go back to uploading here.
Fantastic news. I might have to back up on or two of your playthroughs myself. I have come to realise that you can’t count on things to be accessible online forever, and it’s better to download and save the stuff you love.
