TSM Town Crier - updated & improved (again)

The official uniform for the Sims Medieval Town Criers - now updated and improved.

Improved mesh, better textures, new swatches - use for official sims in different roles. (This is not an update for the Mailman DR, that will come later.

The female Town Crier has two options: pants (original) or skirt (edited).
