TSM Physician Pouch Deco - or No Deco

That is the question! Original version (converted from TSM) features gathered herbs and intriguing vials with some liquid. For more versatility, I made a No Deco version (but WITH pouch) also converted for kids and toddlers. The Deco version has been posted before, this one is updated and improved. The No Deco version is all new. (Well has been in my WIP-folder but now all liberated :P )

All versions uses the same textures as the Adult version WITH deco. Four files, merged into one. HQ-textures. Un-merge first, if you want to edit or remerge with other files.
