Found some houses, converted from TSM for S3, and converted them for S4. One day Finwick will have its OLD look back :P

I'm not skilled enough to throw my hat in on the early stages. I'm waiting till they are fully confident in the mod then I want to see the worlds people create.
That is the mod I am using - it is still in early alpha testing. :)
I wish I was more comfortable with modding the game in the way of creating, TwistedMaxie (I think that is how its spelled)has a mod that lets you create worlds , That said I love what you have done so far

It is still in early testing. A version where we can make basic edited worlds is closer, but the longtime plans also include a tool to edit them with new terrains, more/moved lots ect ect - that will be further away. But edited worlds with modern stuff eliminated, new hood deco added, that is closer.
