WIP: medievalized hospital and science center

Medievalizing the Science Lab lot and the Hospital lot from Get To Work expansion. My sim monks have been working hard on inventing medieval alternatives to the evil and ugly modern equipment in these facilities. Probably posting these the coming weeks if the ingame testing goes well
