Type O is the universal donor. Well specifically type O negative. So anyone who has type O, A, B or AB blood can receive O- and you would not need to know their blood type. She knows who that guy is because it’s the dad of the little girl with cancer from the carnival, she doesn’t know him personally nor is related to h.
To be honest I find it interesting how most people in real life dont know their blood type, its typically in movies they know. I donated before so I know im type B+ so I can only donate to B+ and AB+ but I can receive O+ and B+.
246 is the man who has a sick daughter, shown at the beginning of season 2. No 11 the guard, is the girl that was in the bunny suit who like sick girl loved. That’s why No. 11 wanted to save 246.

I always saw Gi Hun staring at him sleeping as if seeing if he could get a moment's rest after betraying everyone... and he did.
Idk if you figured this out later in the episode, but I think you are confused. Gi-hun does not know 001 is actually the Frontman and killed his friend. Gi-hun thinks he died in the rebellion like everyone else. He is not aware that he was betrayed
Also, 001 took the Radio at one point during the battle and spoke to Gi-hun, and then held it up to a dying person so it sounded like he was dying. He played him real good :I
