Plymouth Duster x Dodge Dart Demon: Asked Questions.
Hello! I know everyone must be hyped for this upcoming mod, and y'all are probably wondering - where is it? what's taking so long? why is there no frequent progress? Well I do have the answers for you.
Q: What's taking so long?
A: Well, first of all, it's summertime, we all have plans, vacations and other things to attend to in real life and so do I, that's one of my first reasons, summertime is one of the most busiest times of the year so, i am simply busy. Another factor is the fact that this mod is actually two different but same cars, so you can say it's two mods - even though it's the same car, A-Body mopar, I still have to create a lot of hand drawn skins for each years and variants, which is relatively time consuming, this applies to textures(Duster logos replaced with Demon logos) and as well parts. I am currently in the phase where most of the interior props(steering wheels, pedals, gauges) are already properly animated. Texture-wise the mod is sort of finished too. Core jbeam is finished too, and the base models of both cars, like the 195,225,318 and 340 are already in-game and working.
Q: What's left to do?
A: Well, I can say that all thats literally left are just '72 demon parts, configs, a lot of skins, police parts and some smaller customization parts - and that's it. The main stuff is finished and rocking.
Q: Is there a release date set? If yes, when is it going to be released?
A: No, there isn't a specific release date set in my eyes, however the mod is 100% getting released in August. I am very much hoping it will be out by the first half of the month.
Thank you all for sticking around and supporting me, suggesting me things, helping me create some things, giving me a proper feedback, all this is very valuable to me and I'm hoping to grow my community with every single member that has joined in any way. Thank you all for staying. Enjoy your summer days.
(I'll drop few pics of the current state the mod is in.)
