Heartstopper Patreon returns early February!

It is SO disappointing to see that people can't just simply respect your simple rule of not sharing on any other platforms. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'VE WORKED SO HARD ON THIS COMIC! Like seriously though, if you cannot respect their single rule, don't even bother being subscribed to this Patreon.

I tried posting this in 2 FB groups to correct the misinformation and they were deleted. I've seen misinformation and Patreon work being posted and it shouldn't have. Admins and mods on FB and TW don't do enough. Please keep doing the online watermark, tho there are ways around that depending on what software is used. Since your published now, they should have techie soc-media people to assist in that.

So glad to hear you're back on track, I'm looking forward to seeing the new pages! I'm sure I'll enjoy them even with the much needed Watermark. You've said repeatedly how much sharing patreon content prematurely hurts you (and us!), so if that's what it takes - do it, we understand. I'm exited to see the new content. I understand Season 3 can't be delayed due to the age of the actors, and I also understand why you'd want to finish comic Seons 5 before that, but if that is your biggest stressor - what is the worst thing that could happen if the comic falls behind a bit? Even if the show includes the whole comic season, maybe you can have a little overlap (start writing for the show while still drawing the last pages) as an emergency plan to take the preassure off. Mind you, this is just advice based on my own exeriences (I like to lock myself into executive dysfunction with 'must finish x before starting y' scenarios), that I felt the need to post because you've mentioned this a few times now, and I thought this might help.

Will Elle’s newly casted friends in Season Two be prominent in the webcomic? Looking forward to the new content! Totally understand the reason for the watermark. Some of the simpler ones I’ve seen on PDFs are easy to remove in Adobe, so it’s worth testing it out first.

Such wonderful news. We always knew you would have to return to v5 before writing for season three, but we didn't think it would be so soon. I absolutely thought you'd still be on holiday at least another month. I wish there were a way you could Blockchain your work here. That way, whenever any Patreon content leaked, the Blockchain encoding would allow you to trace the origins and pursue the ones who shared it.

This made my day! I’m sorry some people are ruining the Patreon experience. Try not to stress (easier said than done) - you can only do your best and take care of you. If people don’t get that, then they can just go away. Everyone is not entitled to get what they want or drain you creatively, mentally or emotionally. I’m a people pleaser and it’s taken me awhile to get to that point. Sometimes things and people just suck.
