Lady, you better take a month long, completely work-free holiday at some point wherein you just chill and wear inconveniently large hats and drink fancy-ass cocktails out of novelty glasses. I’m stressed out just reading this. Please take care of yourself. That is what apparently literally everyone here wants from you.

I won’t be original but you shouldn’t worry Alice. Just take all the time you need. Your health is a priority. It’s hard to create under pressure. We will wait. And your redraw are beautiful. One more thing: you can definitely trust yourself, Heartstopper next volume will be nothing but amazing. I am sure of that. Your brain just need to rest a little, your talent remains, so does your heart, you put so much in your stories.

I think you heard it quite often now. But please - take your time! Take care not to overwork yourself. :) We know how much of your heart and soul goes into this story and it must be quite hard to bring all of that to an satisfying end. But you've got this! Take the time you need - we'll still be here. XD

Honestly if you took a year to continue drawing, I wouldn’t mind since reading the existing pages over and over never gets old! Take all of the time you need and more!

We all believe in you Alice, and know that sometimes it can be hard to throw yourself back into a creative project after just finishing another creative project and having a long break. Make sure your focusing on your self care at this time also, as this is always important for everybody.

please please take the rest you need. burnout is so scary though, and the longer you wait to create again, the more stressful it can become. it's a stupid situation. i'm super happy to see these re-envisioned sketches of previous scenes, your art skills are still there 😍😍😍 look at their expressions! just beautiful ❤
