Tippy and Lumi now have Energy to maintain. If they get tired, pep them up by helping them with the Lewd Loop!

I'm on an android phone and I don't know why but the character upgrade It doesn't work I try to click on them to activate them but it doesn't work
The upgrades only apply once you Resurface (Floor 10 or deeper), the window on the previous floors is just to show you what upgrades you currently have and the ones that are available to upgrade later on. I'll make it more obvious in a future update if it's not clear enough.
