What to do next
The idea of opening a professional forge has been on my mind for several years. Such a step would involve many investments, both in terms of resources and time. The goal would be to increase production to the level of a small factory. Do you think this is a good idea?

the people have spoken:)
i would love for you to branch out im quite new here and saving to buy a sword from you and would love more options when i do get the money for it
Keep it at a level where you can fulfill orders at a decent pace without burning yourself out. When you're ready, take on an apprentice or two who are equally passionate about making fantastic witcher swords.
It's a difficult decision. The items you make are truly special. You are passionate about your craft. Such pieces should be coveted and treasured. It's the time and passion that helps make them special. I work as an advisor for several businesses and I know a few people who were passionate about carpentry, landscaping, etc, that decided to sell their business and become an employee of the new owner. As a large business owner you have less time to be passionate about your craft and must spend so much more time taking care of employees, materials, business costs, paperwork. On the other hand I am sure there are many people (like me!) Who have been waiting 4+ years for their swords and maybe your passion now lies in letting more people admire your craft. I'm sure most of us will support you no matter what! Though my advice for growth would be to pace your growth and set goals. Test the waters of growing your business and never let it outgrow your capabilities. Don't be afraid to change your goals or plans if you find your passion waning.
I understand, there is a lot of wisdom in your words
If you want go big, I support
I think that a professional forge with you leading a number of forgers and apprentices would be amazing. I'm sure if you maintain final say on quality there will be no issues with reputation. You could have a pricing scale for who makes the sword, and you could have specialist leather and wood workers for scabbards, stands and other accessories. You could crowdsource the investment.
the problem is that I am a shy person. It's hard for me to ask for financial support. Moreover, I believe that there are people in the world who need financial support more than a passionate blacksmith
I only voted yes because I'm greedy and I think your craft should be enjoyed by as many people as possible. As an craftsman myself I completely understand the "less is more " statement. But I believe in your case, you make such beautiful things that have soul and mean so much to others, even just on here you can see how many people appreciate you and your work. Go for it.
Both are good as long as you take pleasure doing it !
