Game Builder Release!

I just released the game builder functionality.  It's VERY rusty (and ugly) but wanted to get eyes on it and see what the community thinks.  I would love any feedback to help improve it (and make it easier to use).

It supports 

- creating a single game at a time

- exporting the game

- importing a game (which overrides the current game you have loaded)

I plan on removing the export and import buttons and replace them with a save/publish eventually when I build out the sharing games functionality.
