This guide should cover every path that you can take on day 1 as of 0.43.0.

0.43 is awesome. btw I cant feed Wanda the pills even when shes asking for it. Yuki and Becca cant take them either. is this normal? whenever I try (I tried all 3 types of pills on all 3 girls) it says ''that wont work''

Glad you enjoyed it! Nothing to worry about here; pills just haven't been implemented in the feeding game yet.
