That's right, it will actually be possible to help Paige lose weight for a rather different story path!

Blasphemy.

But don't worry, if that doesn't tickle your pickle, this month I am working towards completing all of Paige's Chapter 2 paths. Whether she gets fat or thin, whether you call her piggy or princess, whether you succeed in fattening Mia or not, whether you make her your girlfriend or otherwise.

Here's a quick overview of what I have been doing, and what I plan to do:

Week 1

I spent the first week clearing up some technical debt. Up until now, most of Paige's gains were hard-coded to to ensure that everyone could see the content each update, and to prevent missing sprite errors. Now, Paige's weight gain is entirely calorie based, like the other characters who mostly rely on the feeding mini game. Make the right decisions, and Paige will either lose, gain, or gain dramatically throughout each chapter.

Week 2

To account for the different possibilities, I spent this week making every sprite Paige could possibly need for each scene already in the game. This included Paige's "stage 0" weight-loss sprites, "stage 1" gym sprites, and her stuffed sprites for the scene after Big Bertha's.

Week 3

With the technical debt paid and sprites covered for all the old scenes, I spent this week writing new scenes for several story paths after the second weigh-in, prioritising the scenes where Paige gained the most weight.

Week 4

This week I will be be continuing with last weeks task, ensuring that every path is covered up until the final day of chapter 2. I am making sprites as I go, and I am hoping to be done with this phase by Saturday so that I can spend a few days at the end of the month polishing some of Paige's older scenes.
