The Cabin & Emi Steam Release Soon!

Hey guys,

Wanted to jump on and share a couple of links with you. Both games have been approved on steam and will be released as soon as they are ready.

I have a couple of links for you guys too add to your wishlists. Keep in mind that ALL patrons at the time of game releases will get a FREE key! That means you don't need to buy the game AND technically you wouldn't need to be a patron anyway if you don't want. You'd game game releases and updates via steam as soon as it's ready to go.

The first game is Emi - New Beginnings. This is going to be a smaller game, literally a one and done, although, we do have plans for a sequel game for it in the future. The game ( currently ) consists of 120 4K UHD renders and 5 4K UHD animations. That number does keep going up though so the game might end up being bigger than I first planned as Wizard keeps adding to it. Which is fine right, the bigger the better :P

Be sure to add it to your wishlist.

The second game is of course The Cabin. I was planning on just releasing the episode 1 re-write, however, Wizard and another dev convinced me it would be best to wait for a bigger release before doing so. To that end, The Cabin ep4 will be releases on steam when it is done. So be sure to go wishlist that too :P

And like I said. ALL patrons will get a steam key for each game when each is ready!

I don't want to give out estimated release dates just yet, but it's looking like Emi could be in October.

That's a very generous and noble gesture to we patrons and I personally and I'd be gobsmacked if this doesn't go for every other Cell Studios patron as well, appreciate it very much, especially given the proven outstanding quality we know we are talking about here. I am therefore confident enough, based on Cell Studios existing track record, not to need actual playing experience of "Emi" to unconditionally believe that this also applies to this title. I'll be absolutely amazed too if unit sales of both of these titles are anything less than top end/stellar amongst the increasing number of customers showing even the slightest interest in this clearly noticeably growing (in title number) and expanding (in variety and nature of storyline) sector in Steam. Further, the injection of such ultra high quality titles as these will not only bolster, but help to expand the selection of outstandingly high quality subject-matter both available now and newly arriving almost daily in Steam. This, in turn, can only benefit the wider extremely devoted non-Steam audience, in terms of drawing in greater numbers of higher quality creators and practitioners to AVN production with better prospects of and opportunities for success ahead of them. I think also that the reasonable and disciplined pricing of product we are seeing in Steam for this particular genre (and "early access" really fits the regular development cycles of these AVN creators perfectly) also massively helps attract both consumer interest and encourages sales. So on all fronts (it seems at the moment anyway) everything's looking very rosy for the future. Congratulations and "kudos" to Cell Studios and all other big name producers and long may it continue for all of our sakes.

I really appreciate that :P I feel like it would be wrong for any dev to release on another platform and not give patrons free access to it. A lot of people have put a lot of money into the development of the game so I really want to give a little back. The game will of course also be released here too but I know some people might prefer it over on steam ( I know I would :P ). I've also been a patron to a lot of top tier devs and I feel like a lot of them leave the lower patrons out on things like this which has always annoyed me. I get you need to give higher paying patrons that little extra but you shouldn't treat lower level like their nothing. I used to be a patron to this dev ( one say who ) and because I was a $3 patron and told him he did something wrong, he told me to go fuck myself and actually blocked me on the platform which I thought was a little funny :P
