Progress Report #36

We haven't had a progress report in a while, most of that is due to not much going on if I'm being honest, nothing but writing and very little art.

I can now say that the writing for episode 3 on my part is now finished so I can now focus more on the art. I was a little worn out at the end of Ep21 of WTHI and I wasn't splitting my time to well with that and working on the game but I'm finally back in fighting form and I'm back to splitting my time up.

As I've said in previous reports, episode 3 will show the return of a few different characters including Apurna ( shown above ), Harper and a couple others ( no spoilers :P ). This episode will also have the most sex seen so far which is good :)

I've also finally settled on the 2nd game I'm going to be working on. I have no plans to start the art for that any time soon though, just working on the story in my spare time. I get a lot of free time when I'm waiting for files to load so while things are loading I can pop into notepad and write the story and so far I'm really liking it.

The 2nd game is currently called Under My Control and it is heavily infuenced by Dreams of Desire so you might notice some similarities in the story. That being said, it's not just a rip off of it nor is it about dreams or sleeping. There is some sleep sex in there but that isn't the main focus of the story. I've also deicded to do the story a lot different to the cabin. Right now with the cabin I normally do 1-2 lines of dialogue to every 1 render and this is something that won't be happening with the new game. We'll be seeing 5-10 lines of dialogue to every 1-2 renders which will massivly help the story, reduce the work load for art and get us faster releases, which is awesome.

I also plan on redusing the amount of images for the cabin as well. Again, this will massivly reduce the work load in terms of art and get us faster releases.

I don't plan on starting the art for the 2nd game for a long time, but I will say I might do the odd character design here and there if I get bored :P
