What's roulette 0_0 I'm still confused Can I submit OCs?
I'm planning in a way that you can put all of characters! Game, comic, anime or OCs! Or I'm thinking about choosing a genre for character in month. I don't know how many people will choose the tier to be added this time, so I'm thinking of discussing it when a certain number of people are recruited in the first week! = v=/
