Sorry, I have wrote the wrong path to put mods and important files in the How To file inside the pack. The right path is :
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel III\bin\x64"

there still seem to be issues now with the mods I cant get the game to load when I follow all the instructions even with the new special k mod
