Here are the news and updates for May 2026!

Trails Game Modding Updates

The modding process for the Trails game series is now much faster and more flexible, allowing me to produce more mods in each release compared to the older Atelier game modding workflow.

One of the most interesting things is that there is a unique advantage that somewhat makes Trails game modding different from many other games. There is a method available to add modded costumes as DLC / additional content.

With this DLC Mods Install method, it becomes possible to add modded costumes as completely new costumes.

This is very different from the classic / regular way, where you need to manually replace or add mods every time you want to switch or install another costume mod. The classic method only allows modifying existing costumes and usually only supports 1 mod per costume at a time.

However, using DLC Mods Install does NOT mean it is completely free from conflicts or risks. If it is used together with DLC mods from other modders besides me, there is still a possibility for conflicts, errors, or worse.

Besides the amazing DLC Mods Install feature (which might make you smile 😎), I also included an Easy Install method inside the mod pack.

Inside Easy Mods Install, I already grouped several pre-selected mods into organized folders, allowing you to install and use multiple mods together in a single installation process.

Of course, if you still prefer installing mods manually one by one, you can do that as well. Everything has already been arranged carefully to make the installation process much easier, including separate guides, warnings, and easy-to-follow instructions.

Target Plan for June 2026

I still plan to release one more update for both the SFW and NSFW Trails of Cold Steel III mod packs, then move forward to Trails of Cold Steel IV using this new method.

Hopefully, after that, I can continue progressing toward Trails into Reverie around the final week of June 2026.

But, what about the old TOCS III and IV mods released back in 2020 to 2021?

No worries about that. All of those posts will remain available and you can still download and use them normally. However, I will probably no longer provide active support for mods that still use Special K, except maybe for certain specific situations.

NSFW (R) Atelier Ryza 3 DX Kilo Mods for Royals

Alright, the final Atelier Ryza 3 DX mod pack is the NSFW (R) TSVM version featuring Kilo, exclusively for Royal Members.

NSFW (R) mods can only be accessed and downloaded through my Discord server inside the Royal Members Area category under the "discord-only-mods" channel.

All members with the Royal Member role should already have access to that channel, and the NSFW (R) Kilo mod pack is already available there, ready to download.

If any Royal Member still cannot access it, please let me know.

Big Discount Annual Membership & Shop Sale
My Birthday Month Event 🎉

Koei / Gust still haven’t shared any new updates about this project yet.

There’s still no new teaser or information, including details about pricing and what kind of game packages or editions will be available. We still don’t know whether it will be sold as one complete package or separated into multiple editions with different prices.

So for now, let’s just wait and see.

I’ll share more updates later if there are any new developments.
