[Term 1] Asuka WIP and some Patreon policy changes.

Hey! I am finishing the last art in the first set. Will be available in the coming days!

I also finally got an understanding of how not to burn out and give out as much content as possible, in view of this, I will have to make small changes. The experience from the first Term made me understand that I overdid a bit my Patreon policy and I will simplify it by the end of the week. This will not affect the amount of content. Сhanges concern only the description and design of the page.

The main change: payment will now be made on the 1st of every month, this will make life easier for everyone and will allow me to easily manage the schedule without thinking about preparing a special "charge" post.
