After I saw Zighart go plunging into the forest on the opposite bank, I chased after the squad members ahead while pulling his horse's reins.
Pulling a horse's reins by myself was a first for me, so I was a little anxious about whether I'd be able to do it well, but... as expected of a horse owned by the Knight Order, it was properly trained.
Even with me, who wasn't used to it, holding the reins, it ran properly for me.
By riding 【Floating Orb】 and pulling, I could get speed too, and I was able to catch up to the squad members without taking much time.

The five riders kept running without stopping, and the squad members following behind continued after them.
When I looked, the two riders at the front were waving their spears toward us, and it seemed they'd leave dealing with the corpses for later.
I sped up 【Floating Orb】 to catch up to the front for now.
Having caught up in no time, I called out to the squad member at the front while running alongside him.
"Are we going like this?"
"Yeah. Rather than waste time dealing with the corpses, it'd be better to just get through the forest like this, right?"
"Fnu... right. We can do the processing outside too."
When I agreed, he continued talking further.
"I figured this out when we charged into those goblins earlier, but they didn't show much fear in front of a cavalry charge, and those guys are pretty young individuals."
"If a monster has survived for a certain amount of time, even if it's never fought humans, it'd normally run when a horse charges at it."
