Which platform do you think is best suitable for adult games?

It depends on the type of game being made, and its content. I prefer QSP mainly for its broad customizability with coding, You can pretty much create any type of game/content with the proper scripting knowledge. A well made game on RPG maker and rags is also at the top of that list.

i voted other as it really depends on the game mechanic.
Do you mean, if the game has some good AI or just a great way to express the environment and the character depending on the character's attributes or did you mean something else?
rpg or renpy.. one of those two
I like vx,html, and rags. The others i have had problems getting them to run. Vx is good for mazes and fighting. Html is good for interactive stories, rags is good for sims like games. One oerson mentioned Unity. The graphics looks great but how to move or where to move is difficult or how to interact with the scene usually very difficult.
I think MVs better than VX though, whats your opinion on why you think VX is better than MV other than fighting and mazes?
I've never wrote a single line of code in python though, and unity is in Visual Studios? Which I think is a terrible programming environment. :)
well, I can't deny that all of the engines are really great for adult games, but i would say to use the one that you're mostly familiar with, plus you get to make the player make his own choices by moving around in rpg maker instead of just "click this or click that to continue" type thing, they get to read more in a non boring fashion way.
I agree but on the downside, in RPG there can be alot of running around trying to find things or run between quests and not to mention mindless grinding on the battles. But some people might like the battles I don't know, my personal opinion is, they're booring!
