Upcoming: Online Saves, Cross-Device Play & Unified Login

What's all this?

Well let me break it down to you in simple bullet points with no... I mean little technical explanation.

• The Patreon integration on the website has been fully rebuilt and unified!

  • Previously the site relied on multiple Patreon API checks... very bad :(

  • It now uses a single, cached verification shared across the entire site! Yay! :)

  • Supporter status is cached for 24 hours, making everything faster, stable and streamlined.

• SubscribeStar is now also fully integrated

  • SubscribeStar supporters can already access:

  • The asset gallery.

  • The online game.

  • Just like Patreon, access is handled automatically after login.

• No password. Use the API to verify your identity and gain access safely! Reduces risk.

Hang on a second WhiteRaven you mentioned cross-device and online saves?!!!

Yes I'm finishing up an online save system designed to be:

• Manual (you decide when to sync)

• Safe (no automatic overwrites)

• Cross-device (phone ↔ desktop)

Planned access:

• Free members will be able to store one save set, you only need to follow my Patreon page. Will obviously warn for overwrites when syncing saves since it will overwrite the old sync.

• Supporters unlock additional save slots

• Higher tiers get expanded limits

I'm also preparing support for pledge end-date tracking, which will allow longer-lived sessions in the future without constantly rechecking the APIs. I mentioned 24h long sessions before you need to reuse the API above.

The save system is currently being tested and polished. I'll announce when it's ready to use. I'd rather ship it solid than rush it.
