Great Britain used to belong to the Roman empire and we can see Askelad having HEAVY influence from that The story is beginning to unfold
Major whiff
Leif is just in a random town, that person was nobody we know but Leif Promised to find Thorfinn so hes looking for blonde slaves
The Sword in the Stone and King Arthur tie in is always a nice touch
it is cool to see reactions to vinland saga because im from england, and we learn about the danish invasions in school so while I know whats going to happen in terms of the war and royal family, not everyone does so its interesting to see what others recognise and dont recognise
Leif is looking for Thorfinn. As he understands it if Thorfinn is still alive it would make the most sense that Askeladd would have sold him into slavery.
Just to clarify that wasnt ylva or helga at the end it was just a slave that looks like thorfinn and leif has been looking for thorfinn since thors died
hence why he lost his hair from stressing looking for Thorfinn
