honestly, I would say watch the next 2 episodes, they are pretty wholesome and chill
don't forget that Hit could not use lethal techniques in the tournaments in the tournament because there was a no-killing rule. it's the whole reason why Goku wanted to allow killing in their fight so that Hit could use all his moves including his killing ones in their fight
I still say to react to the next two episodes. They're harmless at worst, and heartwarmingly cute and goofy at best. I do understand wanting to get to the next arc (and frankly I don't blame anyone for craving that), but I think the relative calm before that arc does well to make, said arc hit a little harder.
